VIEW JPG (23 Kb)--Cabin with snow just starting to fall.
Our cabin located in the Sierra Nevada mountains of California on the shore of Huntington Lake (elevation 7,003 feet)
where it frequently has winter snow 10+ feet deep. We try to get to the cabin during the Christmas and/or Spring breaks.
Unfortunately, this Christmas we are staying in Boise due to Catherine medical condition. Our several weeks each summer
spent at the cabin includes fishing (lots of trout), jet skiing, paddle boating, watching the wind blow through the fir
and pine forest, and an occasional trip to southern California to visit old friends.
