Office Hours:   Consultations and treatments are by appointment only. Other appointment times may be arranged, including Saturday morning and evening hours Wednesday or Thursday.

Fee Schedule:  Effective August 1, 1999

New patients:  An extended visit of  90 minutes is usual for a first visit to allow time for a complete history, necessary exam, and consultation.  Acute illness for a new patient typically requires a limited office visit.  Comprehensive office visits require me to do extensive research of a treatment plan outside of the visit.  This is common for classical homeopathy.

Established patients:

 Sessions longer than 60 minutes for established patients will be charged at $60 per hour.
 Phone consultations are available at $10 per fraction of  ten minutes, i.e. $10 for up to first ten minutes, and $20 for eleven to twenty minutes.

Payment:  We expect payment at the time of service unless other financial arrangements are made in advance.  We accept Visa, Discover and MasterCard.  Low-income and senior discounts are available by request on a sliding scale.

Cancelled and missed appointments:  We charge $20 for appointments cancelled with less than 2-hour advance notice.  This includes no shows.  You will be automatically billed for this fee except in emergencies, and will need to pay before scheduling your next appointment.  Last minute cancellations do not allow us to fill the time with other patients in need of care.  Please mark all appointments on your calendar.

Insurance:  We will provide super-bills that include the information necessary for you to submit to your insurance company for re-imbursement   Most insurance does not reimburse for naturopathic services in Idaho.  Our office does not bill insurance providers for you.

Product repurchases:  Refills of health products may be purchased during business hours without appointment.  It is best to call first to check our inventory and arrange pickup.
