Refereeing soccer was my serious hobby for almost 20 years. I refereed youth, high school, college, and adult amateur soccer. My highest grade was USSF Grade 5 Referee, and I was a certified USSF Referee Instructor through 2008.

This web page is not getting much update attention any more. Don’t look here for the “latest and greatest” links.

    • FIFA - the international governing body for soccer. The “rules” are known as the Laws of the Game (LOTG) and are posted but sometimes hard to find. When I last updated this page, I had to go to the main FIFA web page, click on “Regulations & Directories” and then click on “Laws of the Game”.
